Roll call: Stiney Vonderhaar, John Doviak, Georgia Bergan, and David Nichols.
Pamela Meyers is out of town for a family emergency; Katie Touvelle has state testing, and Gus Janszen is absent.

ew Business:
. Updated Policy Guideline Manuals were distributed.
b. South Entrance security card reader has been installed. Patrons seemed pleased with this addition. Thank you to Stiney Vonderhaar for suggesting the idea.
Old Business:
A. Evendale Bike Plan Update
· CACC meeting on March 28th.
· Bike Day plans are being arranged.
· Two new bike racks are being purchased.
· Phase 3 Forum is being arranged but no date is set.
B. Lifestyle Essentials’ Monthly Report
· As noted in the packet
Director’s Report:
· Linda Manzo has been hired as our Adult Program Specialist.
She will train with Patty Grist the last two weeks of March, then be on her own beginning April 2nd.
She comes from the West Chester Activity Center, so she has great experience with seniors.
Patty planned out 2012, so Linda will have time to gain experience with our members and programs; and hopes are to expand memberships within Adult Services.
Phi Lambda Pi Report:
· Average attendance is 20-25 kids.
· Events have included Bunco, outside events, a long jump contest on Leap Day, and March Madness.
· Several kids recently volunteered at the Evendale Elementary Fun Fest.
· April 21st is the Annual Awards Night program and overnight.
Open Discussion:
· Egg-Stravaganza, our celebration of Spring’s return, will be Sunday, March 25th beginning at 2:00pm.
· Debbie Walker and David will be interviewing seven people for the assistant swim coaches’ positions.
· New pool furniture has been ordered and delivered.
· New “flat screen” televisions will be installed in the fitness center this year.
